Each purchase automatically grants you 1-10 entry/entries into the contest. Free Entry by Mail: To enter the contest without making a purchase, you may enter by mail. To do so, handwrite your full name, address, phone number, and email address on a 3x5 index card. Place the index card in a standard business envelope, and mail it to: 840 e como ave Columbus Ohio 43224. Each envelope must be mailed separately and will count as one (1) entry. There is no limit to the number of free entries you can submit, but each must be sent in a separate envelope.
