NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. This is a sweepstakes. This promotion is not a raffle, lottery, or gambling event.
SPONSOR This Sweepstakes is sponsored by El Chingon LLC, an Ohio limited liability company, located in Columbus, Ohio, and operating under the brand name Trocas Mamalonas ("Sponsor").
ELIGIBILITY Open only to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees, officers, members, affiliates, advertising agencies, and immediate family members or persons living in the same household are not eligible. SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO VERIFY ELIGIBILITY.
SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD The Sweepstakes begins June 7, 2026 at 12:00 PM Central Time and ends June 7, 2026 at 10:00 PM Central Time. All entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period.
HOW TO ENTER There are two methods of entry. Method One – Purchase Entry. During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible individuals may visit trocasmamalonas.com and purchase eligible merchandise. Each eligible product will clearly state the number of Sweepstakes entries received with that purchase. Method Two – Free Mail-In Entry (Alternative Method of Entry). To enter without purchase, handwrite your full name, complete mailing address, phone number, and email address on a 3" x 5" card and mail it in a standard envelope with sufficient postage to: El Chingon LLC. 840 E Como Ave. Columbus, Ohio 43224. Each properly submitted mail-in entry will receive 10 entries into the Sweepstakes. Each mail-in entry must be mailed separately in an individual envelope. No mechanically reproduced entries permitted. Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than June 4, 2026 and received no later than June 8, 2026 at 12:00 PM Central Time. Purchase entries and mail-in entries are treated equally on a per-entry basis. There is no limit to the number of entries an individual may receive through either method. No purchase is required to participate.
ODDS Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
DRAWING On June 7, 2026 at 1:00 PM Central Time, a random drawing will be conducted from all eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or an independent designee. All decisions are final.
PRIZES
One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected and offered the following prize package, with the options described below:
Grand Prize — Vehicle Package:
The winner will receive both of the following vehicles:
Vehicle 1: 2026 Ford F-450 Lariat with approximately 0 miles. Total approximate retail value $165,000.
Vehicle 2: 2025 Cadillac Escalade 600 with approximately 24,000 miles. Total approximate retail value $150,000.
Both vehicles are awarded AS IS. Winner is solely responsible for all costs associated with acceptance and use of each vehicle, including but not limited to taxes, title, registration, licensing fees, insurance, and any applicable delivery or transportation costs.
Vehicle Cash Alternative: In lieu of accepting both vehicles, the winner may elect one of the following cash alternatives at the time of prize acceptance: (a) accept one (1) vehicle of their choice and receive $100,000 cash in lieu of the second vehicle; or (b) decline both vehicles and receive $200,000 cash in lieu of the entire vehicle package. Cash alternatives will be paid by check or wire transfer and are subject to all applicable tax withholding. The winner must notify Sponsor of their election within fourteen (14) days of notification. If no election is made within that time, winner will be deemed to have accepted both vehicles. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion.

Grand Prize — House or Cash:
The winner will also receive one (1) of the following, at winner's election:
Option A — Residential Home: Property located in zip code 75154. Approximately 2,138 square feet, 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, built by APX Property Solutions. Original listing price $448,000. Property is awarded AS IS. Winner is solely responsible for all costs associated with acceptance and ownership of the property, including but not limited to closing costs, transfer taxes, title fees, homeowner's insurance, property taxes, HOA fees (if applicable), and any other costs related to the transfer or ownership of the property. Builder warranty included: 1 year workmanship, 2 years systems, 6 years structural, as provided by APX Property Solutions and subject to builder's warranty terms and conditions. Sponsor makes no representations or warranties beyond those expressly provided by the builder.
Option B — Cash Alternative: In lieu of the home, winner may elect to receive $400,000 cash, paid by check or wire transfer, subject to all applicable tax withholding.
The winner must notify Sponsor of their election between Option A and Option B within fourteen (14) days of notification. If no election is made within that time, winner will be deemed to have selected Option B. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion.

Total combined approximate retail value of all prizes (vehicles + home, at maximum elected value): $763,000.
WINNER VERIFICATION Potential winner(s) must respond within fourteen (14) days of notification. Winner(s) must sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and Publicity Release where permitted by law. Failure to comply will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
TAXES Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes. For prizes exceeding $5,000 in value, Sponsor may withhold up to twenty-four percent (24%) for federal income tax as required by law and will issue IRS Form 1099-MISC. Winners are strongly encouraged to consult a tax professional prior to accepting any prize.
GENERAL CONDITIONS Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process or violates these Rules.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY By participating, entrants release Sponsor and its officers, members, agents, and representatives from any liability, claims, or damages arising from participation or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, or illegible entries. Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, internet interruptions, or printing errors.
PUBLICITY By accepting a prize, winner grants Sponsor the right to use winner's name, likeness, city, and state for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
DISPUTES This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes shall be resolved individually and exclusively in the courts of Ohio.
CLASS ACTION WAIVER Entrants waive the right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration related to this Sweepstakes.
