Refund & Return Policy — Trocas Mamalonas


Important Notice — Please Read Before Purchasing

By completing a purchase on our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Return Policy in its entirety. This agreement is binding at the time of purchase.


I. Digital Products & Downloadable Content — No Refund Policy

All sales are final. All transactions are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

All digital products sold by Trocas Mamalonas, including but not limited to mobile wallpapers and downloadable content, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable without exception.

Delivery & Customer Responsibility

Digital products are delivered to the email address provided by the customer at checkout. By completing your purchase, you confirm that:

  • The email address entered at checkout is accurate, valid, and accessible to you
  • You understand that delivery is considered complete upon transmission to the email address you provided
  • Trocas Mamalonas bears no responsibility for non-delivery resulting from an incorrect email address, full inbox, spam/junk filtering, or third-party email provider issues
  • It is your responsibility to check your spam or junk folder before contacting support

If you do not receive your digital product within 24 hours of purchase, you must contact our support team before initiating any dispute or chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Failure to do so may affect our ability to assist you.

No Chargeback Policy

Because digital products are delivered immediately and cannot be retrieved or resold once transmitted, initiating a chargeback for a delivered digital product will be treated as an unauthorized dispute. Trocas Mamalonas actively contests all chargebacks and reserves the right to submit purchase records, IP address logs, device data, and correspondence as evidence to your card issuer.


II. Contest Entries — No Refund Policy

When you purchase a product bundle that includes sweepstakes contest entries, those entries are automatically and irrevocably submitted to our third-party sweepstakes administrator at the moment your order is confirmed. Because contest entries are digitally delivered instantaneously and cannot be recalled, altered, voided, or reissued once submitted, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances for purchases that include contest entries.

This no-refund policy applies regardless of:

  • A change of mind after purchase
  • Failure to read product descriptions, entry terms, or sweepstakes rules prior to purchase
  • Duplicate or accidental orders placed by the customer

Chargeback Notice: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for a completed and fulfilled order — including orders where contest entries or digital products have been delivered — may constitute fraud. Trocas Mamalonas reserves the right to contest all illegitimate chargebacks and to pursue recovery of associated fees and losses.


III. Physical Merchandise — Exchanges Only

We do not offer refunds on physical merchandise. However, we gladly accept exchanges subject to the terms below.

Eligibility

To qualify for an exchange, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The exchange request is initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date
  • The item is in new, unused, unworn, and unwashed condition, with all original tags and packaging intact
  • The item is not a final sale, promotional, or limited-edition item (unless otherwise stated)

Exchanges are subject to inspection upon receipt. Trocas Mamalonas reserves the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet the above conditions.

Exchange Terms

  • You may exchange an item for any product of equal value, or for a higher-priced item by paying the price difference
  • Downgrades resulting in a monetary difference will not be approved, as no refund of the price difference can be issued
  • Contest entries associated with any original order cannot be altered, transferred, or rescinded under any circumstances

How to Submit an Exchange

  1. Email our support team within 30 days of purchase with your order number and the item you wish to exchange
  2. Ship the item to Trocas Mamalonas at the address provided by our support team, including:
    • A printed copy of your original invoice
    • Copies of any prior correspondence with Customer Service
    • The name and size of the replacement item you are requesting
  3. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Trocas Mamalonas will ship the exchanged item back to you at no charge.

IV. Defective or Incorrectly Shipped Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped, you must contact Customer Support immediately and no later than 30 days from your purchase date.

After 30 days, Trocas Mamalonas assumes no further liability for defective or incorrect merchandise, and no warranty replacement will be provided.

To report a defective or incorrect item, contact our support team with your order number and a description and/or photos of the issue.


V. Pre-Purchase Disclosure

To reduce disputes, Trocas Mamalonas prominently discloses the following at checkout:

  • Digital products are non-refundable and delivery is considered complete upon transmission to the email address provided
  • Contest entries are non-refundable and are delivered instantly upon order confirmation
  • All sales are final with respect to any order containing digital products or contest entry components
  • Customers agree to this policy by checking the acknowledgment box at checkout and completing payment
