1. Acceptance of Terms

Merchandise Trocas Mamalonas sells physical and digital merchandise including but not limited to apparel, accessories, and downloadable digital content. All product descriptions, images, and pricing are subject to change without notice.

Sweepstakes Entries Sweepstakes entries are offered as a free bonus in connection with eligible merchandise purchases and are governed exclusively by the Official Sweepstakes Rules in effect at the time of purchase. Sweepstakes entries are not sold, are not the primary purpose of any transaction, and carry no guaranteed value or outcome. Digital Products Digital products, including downloadable wallpapers and other digital content, are delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout. Delivery is considered complete upon transmission. Trocas Mamalonas bears no responsibility for non-delivery resulting from customer error, spam filtering, or third-party email provider issues.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD)
We accept all major credit and debit cards through our payment processor
By submitting payment, you authorize Trocas Mamalonas to charge the full order amount to your selected payment method
All transactions are subject to verification and we reserve the right to cancel any order we reasonably believe to be fraudulent or unauthorized

5. Order Confirmation & Fulfillment

Upon successful completion of your order you will receive an order confirmation to the email address provided at checkout. This confirmation constitutes acknowledgment of your order, not acceptance of a contract. We reserve the right to cancel any order prior to fulfillment for any reason, including but not limited to pricing errors, product unavailability, or suspected fraud. In the event of cancellation prior to fulfillment, a full refund will be issued.

6. Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

All sales are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, available at trocasmamalonas.com/pages/refund-policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By completing a purchase you acknowledge that you have read and agree to that policy in full. The key terms are:

All sales are final
Digital products are non-refundable without exception
Physical merchandise is eligible for exchange only, subject to conditions
Sweepstakes entries cannot be reversed, altered, or refunded under any circumstances

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

Trocas Mamalonas takes unauthorized chargeback filings seriously. If you have a concern about a charge, you must contact our customer support team before initiating a dispute with your card issuer. Failure to do so may limit our ability to resolve the issue in your favor.

Filing a chargeback for a transaction that was validly authorized, fulfilled, and completed — including transactions where sweepstakes entries were issued as a free bonus — may constitute misuse of the dispute process. We reserve the right to contest all chargebacks and to submit purchase records, IP address logs, device data, checkout acknowledgment records, and all relevant correspondence as evidence to your card issuer and payment processor.

Customers with unresolved chargebacks may be permanently prohibited from making future purchases on our website.

8. Intellectual Property

12. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or any purchase made on this website, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good faith negotiation by contacting our customer support team. If resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Ohio. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Trocas Mamalonas.
